"Just ate our first meal and wow! So much flavour! My husband is very strict that food has to contain meat to be classed as a meal, but on this occasion he was amazed! Fantastic service, lovely man, great food! Will definitely order again"

Third Ghee is Beardy Meaner; a skinhead with a modestly large beard and a huge love of Indian food.
In 2016, he reconnected with his passion for cooking it as well as eating it, and realised something – much as it is beautiful, it is most definitely not considered healthy. Traditional recipes are loaded with oil or ghee (butter), and standard takeaways considerably more so. Consequently, he set about reinventing recipes with a simple rule: wherever tablespoons where used, substitute teaspoons. Teaspoons are one third the size of their big brothers, hence the name.
Realising that the concept of eating a curry without feeling guilty about it may well appeal to other people as well, Beardy came to the conclusion that a career change could well be in order. His mission statement:

To provide healthy, honest, traditional food, using locally-sourced ingredients, made in a transparent and homecooked way. No secrets, no rubbish, just flavour, goodness and truth.
